Ingredients

Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tbs powdered sugar
1 stick of butter
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs ice water

Filling

3 egg yolks
2 cups of water
3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
10 tbs corn starch
dash of finely grated lemon zest
2 tbs butter

Meringue

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar

  1. Hi, theres too much ambient noise in the video and the speaker is inaudible. Could you pls post the recipe in writing or maybe redo the video?
