1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Marshmallow topping
2 tbs powdered gelatin
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
