Filling
3 egg yolks
2 cups of water
3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
10 tbs corn starch
dash of finely grated lemon zest
2 tbs butter
Meringue
3 egg whites
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
