Ingredients
Pie Crust
1 1/4 cups of flour
8 tbs butter
1 tsp salt
A few tbs ice water
Pie Filling
15-18 ounces of roasted pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup marscapone cheese
Whipped Cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
A few drops of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup powdered sugar (sweeten to taste)
