Ingredients
Syrup
2 cups water
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 tbsps honey
1 1/4 cups of sugar
Dash of cinnamon
Filling
1 cup pistachio nuts
1 cup walnuts
3 tbsps sugar
2 tbsps cinnamon
2 tbsps butter
Filo Dough
2 cups of flour
1 1/4 cups of milk
2 tbsps olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Chill thoroughly before serving. Yields approximately 16-20 3 x 3 Baklavas
