Boston Cream Pie

 Boston Cream Pie made from scratch. Who can resist? Two golden layers of cake and a layer of custard cream cream all topped off with a delicious thick layer of chocolate.

 Ingredients Cake

 1 tsp orange zest
 2 eggs
 1 cup milk
 3 tsps baking powder
 1/2 tsp salt
 2 1/2 cups of flour
 1 cup of sugar
 1/2 cup of butter
 1 tsp vanilla

 Filling

 3 tbsps flour
 2 eggs
 2 tbsps butter
 3/4 cup sugar
 dash salt
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 cups cold milk

 Frosting

 3 tbsps butter
 6-7 tsps cocoa powder
 dash of vanilla
 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
 1/4 cup water
