This recipe is fantastic, it makes a wonderful chocolate chip cookie with just

the right amount of soft chewy goodness!

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks or chips
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup of lightly packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract

Large Bakery Style chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are fantastic! Delicious, super simple to make and a nice change of pace when you want something other than the usual chocolate chip cookie.

Ingredients

1 cup of butter
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsps orange juice
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 bar bakers chocolate cut into chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vanilla

Yields approximately 8 Large  5 inch round 1/2 inch high cookies or 25-30 regular  sized cookies.
