2 cups or 1 package of elbow macaroni or pasta of your choice
2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups of white or yellow cheddar cheese
1 clove of garlic minced
1 small onion minced
2 tbs butter
salt ( for salting pasta)
Dash of cayenne pepper or paprika (optional)
