Caramel Cream Cake -Easy Triple Layer Recipe - Supersimplekitchen





Three layers of golden moist cake,filled with a luscious pastry cream, frosted with a creamy caramel buttercream  frosting and topped with a satiny caramel topping. This caramel cream cake recipe  is easy to make and amazingly delicious!
Caramel Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

Cake

2 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsps baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

Pastry Cream

2 cups of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
8 tbs flour
1 cup of sugar
2 tbs butter

Caramel topping

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbs butter
