Spinach Pie Super Simple

A fantastic and tasty simple spinach pie. Made with a few simple ingredients and a filo dough made from scratch,this spinach pie is low fat and low calorie. It's fast,it's easy and it's healthy. Great for a snack,lunch or even a light dinner.


Filo dough
1 cup of water
2 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
sesame seeds for top (optional)

4-6 cups chopped spinach
1 small red onion
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
mint leaves for garnish(optional)
