Zucchini Tart

 A filo dough base, fresh zucchini and tomato layered over a bed of yogurt seasoned with lemon juice,garlic and basil. This tart is super easy to make, tastes fantastic and bonus, it's low calorie too!

 Filo Dough Recipe

1 cup of yogurt
2 zucchini
2 tomato's
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or mint leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
salt and pepper
olive oil (approximately 1/4 of a cup)
